At Noor Arte, we are committed to providing a secure, transparent, and reliable shopping experience for our customers worldwide.
Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on our website are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. As Noor Arte is a Canadian registered company, all transactions are processed in accordance with applicable Canadian commercial standards and regulations.
Any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
Shipping Delays and Force Majeure
Noor Arte is not responsible for delays in delivery once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customers acknowledge that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to war, armed conflict, political instability, fuel shortages, transportation disruptions, customs delays, carrier service interruptions, strikes, natural events, or other force majeure conditions.
Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or compensation.
Payment Methods
We offer secure payment processing through trusted payment providers. Accepted payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems. Noor Arte does not store your full payment information on its servers.
Order Processing Time
For in stock items, orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
For made to order, limited production, custom, or special items, processing times may be longer. In such cases, the estimated timeline will be communicated on the relevant product page or directly to the customer where applicable.
Shipping Methods
We ship internationally using reliable postal and courier services. Shipping methods may vary depending on the destination, parcel size, product category, and service availability.
All eligible shipments include tracking, unless otherwise stated.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch, not from the date of order placement.
Typical delivery windows are as follows:
Canada and United States: approximately 7 to 12 business days
Europe: approximately 5 to 12 business days
Rest of the world: approximately 7 to 20 business days
These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, seasonal demand, weather conditions, political disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the nature of the product, package size, destination, and shipping method. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout where applicable.
For certain destinations or product categories, shipping rates may vary significantly due to dimensional weight, customs handling, insurance requirements, or fragile packaging standards.
Customs, Duties, and Import Charges
For international orders, customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or related charges imposed by their local authorities, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
Noor Arte is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Noor Arte is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an address issue, refusal of delivery, or failure to clear customs, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s responsibility. However, if a shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, we will reasonably assist the customer in opening a claim or investigation with the carrier where possible.
Noor Arte is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, strikes, force majeure events, or other external factors beyond our control.

At Noor Arte, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order. Due to the nature of our products, our return and refund policy is limited and strictly governed by the conditions below.
Return Window
Any return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

General Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, in their original packaging, and complete with all tags, inserts, and accessories.
Any item returned in a condition different from how it was originally delivered may be refused.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued if the delivered product does not match the original order and the mistake was made by Noor Arte.
For example, if a customer orders earrings and receives a necklace instead, and the error is clearly attributable to us, Noor Arte will fully cover and resolve the issue.
In such cases, we will, at our discretion, issue a full refund, provide a replacement, or cover the correction of the order at no additional cost to the customer.
Non Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in cases including, but not limited to, the following:
the customer changes their mind after purchase
the customer no longer wants the item
the customer ordered the wrong item, size, variation, or style
dissatisfaction based on personal preference rather than objective order error
minor differences in color or appearance caused by screen settings, photography lighting, or handcrafted variation
delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees
failure to provide a correct shipping address

Even in cases where delivery is delayed due to extraordinary conditions, including conflict related or logistical disruptions, such delay alone shall not entitle the customer to a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is approved due to a confirmed order mismatch caused by Noor Arte, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If Noor Arte confirms that the error was made by us, we will cover the cost associated with resolving that specific issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a customer believes that an item arrived damaged or defective, the customer must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing:
Any such claim must include clear proof that the item arrived in a defective or damaged condition. This proof must include appropriate supporting evidence, such as clear photographs of the item, photographs of the packaging, photographs showing the shipping label where relevant, and a concise written explanation of the issue.
Noor Arte reserves the right to review all submitted evidence before approving or rejecting the claim.
Claims submitted after the 3 day notification period may be denied.
No Refunds for Shipping Delays

made to order items
personalized items
special order products
limited edition pieces explicitly marked as final sale
discounted or sale items
gift cards, where applicable
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If an exchange is exceptionally approved by Noor Arte, it will be handled only at our discretion and subject to product availability.
Inspection and Resolution
All returned items and submitted claims are subject to inspection upon receipt or review. Noor Arte reserves the right to determine whether the reported issue qualifies for refund, replacement, repair, store credit, or rejection of the claim, based on the evidence and the circumstances of the case.
